I am a real estate investor and have worked with many, many real estate agents over the past 25++ years, but Jon is the first that I've ever felt compelled to write a review on. As I began exploring properties in the Emerald Coast area, I happened to stumble upon Jon's info while searching on the internet for a realtor to call. I never imagined when calling him the first time, that this seemingly random act would ultimately prove to be one of the most fortunate one could have. Ultimately, it led to having the privilege of working with Jon over the course of approximately 6+ years with well over a dozen real estate transactions - some of which were highly complex. I kept going back to Jon each time, as it quickly became VERY evident that he has a very high level of knowledge of the area, and the industry. These factors, combined with his superior personal and work ethics, are unparalleled by any other real estate agent that I've ever encountered - and I've worked with so many that it would be impossible to even estimate. Real estate deals are complicated by nature, it's just a fact. As an experienced real estate investor, I know that many times, there can be "bumps in the road" as the process progresses. However, this is another area that Jon absolutely sets himself apart. He efficiently and effectively navigates through these inevitable issues to bring transactions to quick closure. He will go absolutely above and beyond to take care of whatever may arise. Most times, I'd only learn about these "hiccups" AFTER he had already taken the appropriate action to successfully resolve. Jon was excellent at keeping me up to speed on the local economic environment. He has a strong pulse on the changing dynamics of the area. He would be very proactive in bringing listings he knew I would have interest in learning about to my attention. He also has a vast list of local professionals in a variety of areas, (insurance, building contractors, mortgage lenders, etc.). As an investor living out of state, this alone had huge significance for me. Unfortunately, our individual situation changed, and as much as we hated to, we departed the area. One of the biggest and most painful challenges I've faced in the past 6 months is trying to identify a realtor in my current area that can touch Jon's competency. I desperately and deeply miss Jon's counsel and unfortunately; I've come to the reality that l'll likely never find another realtor that can contribute in any meaningful way as Jon has. While I am genuinely grateful for all Jon has contributed to the dozens of successful transactions we did together, I have been forever "spoiled". I've now dealt with the "Best of the Best" - and it's very hard to go back to the mediocrity of other agents. As an investor who has executed dozens and dozens of real estate transactions throughout the US, I have worked with many, many agents. We chose Jon Worley on the White Sands team with Levin Rinke Realty because he is highly knowledgeable about the Florida market and he made sure we always felt like a priority. Ever since we sold our house in Key West, we have been looking for a home in and around Miramar Beach. We have taken tours throughout Florida over many months. Throughout the process we found two homes we loved and could not have made that decision without the personal videos Jon took of each home. Jon looked at every detail including the HVAC, appliances, water heater, etc., and every other room in the house. The pictures on the realtors websites did not impress us as much as the videos that Jon gave us. Jon was so patient with us. He helped us put an offer on two homes over several months. The seller did not except our offer on the first home we found but they did on the second home. After going through the long process of getting qualified, and ordering home inspections, etc., we were excited about the settlement day. At settlement Jon saved the sale by showing up at the house and helping the sellers agent coordinate the contractors work on the house. He helped finish all the punch out items found during the home inspection. And yep, he included videos of all the fixed items in the house too. Wow! We were so impressed and felt so taken care of. The day we moved in Jon met us at the house and told us that part of the proceeds of the sale are going towards a nonprofit business that helps challenged children. Being owners of a non profit that also helps children we were blown away. What a blessing. So happy with the sale and even happier with the cause. He fought for us when we needed it and also told us his expert opinion on things we needed to know to make a decision. He respected our decision when it went against his advice.
